1/5 Morning Run

Ran a loop of about 4.2 miles that will likely become my regular 4 mile run. Course, it was 25 degrees, the coldest run I've had in a long time. Running in the (extreme) cold probably slows my first two miles down by a minute per mile - after that things get back to near normal. It's going to be in the single digits next week - probably means I'll have to head for the treadmill. Yuck.
